1. JULY 7, 2015
– Awarding of the Cavite – Laguna Experessway (CALAX)
– This is a 4 lane, 47km. road network connecting Kawit Cavitex and Mamplasan SLEX. Having a road linking to CALAX, LAncaster New City becomes more and more accessible to Metro Manila and nearby areas in the South.
– With the completion of NAIA Expressway connecting to Cavitex, the travel time will be cut to 1/3 making Makati minutes away from Lancaster New City.
2. CONSTRUCTION OF ACCESS ROADS TO ZONE 2 OF LANCASTER NEW CITY
– Opening of new phases of Zone 2, bringing more Briana, Chessa, Adelle and Mabelle. New phase will be launched named Westwood, a new phase in Lancaster New City that features the Thea and Anica Townhouse Model.
3. OPENING OF ST. EDWARD FAITH COMMUNITY SCHOOL 3RD BUILDING
– With almost 2,000 students currently enrolled, the opening of the new building makes it more accessible to students in Manchester Phase 4 and nearby phases. Lancaster New City is set to build 14 schools scattered throughout Lancaster New city phases so that your children can just walk to school.
4. COMMUNITY CENTERS
– Construction of new Community Centers (Swimming Pool, Clubhouse, Mini Commercial Area) near Manchester Phase 4 and Somerset Phase 6 making it accessible to homeowners.
5. DOWNTOWN LANCASTER
– a.) Launching of the 1st Suntech iPark Building by October 2015. The building will have a 1,000 seating capacity, the beginning of the PEZA Accredited IT Park.
– b.) Constructing 3 Retail building for Lancaster Square giving the residents more shopping and food choices.
6. TRANSPORT SYSTEM (TAP N RIDE)
– Residents will now enjoy comfortable transport ride to Coastal Mall with the Lancaster New City MetroLink Bus. To ensure exclusivity, each residents will have their own homeowner’s ID with an e-Tap card feature which will be used to board the Metrolink Bus and Shuttles. All these in Lancaster New City, to continously ensure that families will have they need to bond and grow together.
