Step 1 – Inquire
It’s free to ask/inquire thru text/call/chat about the house, payment, terms, loan requirements and about salary.
For loan qualifying purposes, we will be asking you about your monthly salary, employment, credit card history, civil status so that we’ll know if the bank’s requirement is met or not. If salary is not sufficient, you can get a Co-Borrower.
Step 2 – Actual Site Visit or Online Presentation or Video Call House Viewing

Step 3: Reservation Process thru Developer’s Online Portal
Our Agent will give you the available unit for reservation. With limited units available, you must decide fast. Required is your complete information – name/employment/status/salary.
After submitting that info at the Portal, we will be given a Reference No. for payment. Accepted payment are Credit Card, Credit Card, GCash, Pay Maya, Online Transfer, Bills Payment and more.
You will receive an Email Confirmation after payment is made. Then the unit is yours for 30-45 days.
Step 4 – Down Payment Period
After 30 days, your 1st down payment starts. Follow the monthly installment payment schedule given to you during reservation.
You may pay thru Automatic Debit Arrangement (ADA) or Postdated Checks.
Step 5: Bank or Inhouse Amortization
After paying the full down payment in 6 or 12 or 15 months, your loan will be process with the bank. Once your loan is approved, you’ll sign Bank documents (LOG).
You will receive an email notification that your Loan is taken-out (bank has paid the Developer). Your monthly amortization with bank will start after a month.
Step 6: Loan Process & Requirements
The developer will process your loan during down payment period. Therefore, it is important that all required documents are submitted within 60 days. There are no bank and hidden charges, no move-in fees. No Broker’s fee.
Step 7: House Inspection
After full down payment is paid and your loan is taken-out by the bank, you will receive an Email notification for house inspection schedule. Inform us so we can assist you as promised.
Step 8: House Turnover & Move-In
After inspection process, you can now accept the house and bring-in your things and belongings.
